Join us on Wednesday the 15th at 6:30 PM with Valley Run Club, meeting at Canyon Glen Park.
For all the underdogs putting in toasty miles when nobody's watching. No pressure. No pace requirements. Just good people, a few easy miles, and a dip in the falls.
If you've been grinding solo, this is your excuse to get out with people who get it.
We'll run about 3 miles to Bridalveil Falls with refreshments and good company to follow.
