A hands-on workshop on AI and medical ethics.
We start with a quick demo of Cursor and Grok Bot. Then you team up on real public health data: the UCI Diabetes 130-US Hospitals readmission dataset and CDC NHANES. Use Grok Bot to come up with clinical hypotheses and spot confounders, and use Cursor to build dashboards and simple models and check whether they work equally well for every group.
Along the way we'll ask: if AI says a patient is unlikely to be readmitted, should they get less follow-up care? Should medical AI use income data to predict disease?
