On one hand, the EU is introducing the Digital Omnibus to simplify rules (AI Act, GDPR) and cut red tape. On the other, Croatia amended its Criminal Code to introduce a specific offense for the use of AI systems. Are we simplifying innovation or criminalizing it? 🚫🚔
