​At the center of the evening is a one-night conversation with Stephen Bruno, former Park Avenue doorman and author of the acclaimed memoir Building Material. Gayathri helped shape how buildings are evaluated through her work on the global WELL Building Standard. Stephen saw every day what plans, policies, and performance reports tend to miss.
