In the aftermath of the Palisades fire, Mann began working with Spencer Pratt, the then-forgotten reality star from The Hills, whose own home had been destroyed, advising him on where the city and state failed.
Gabriel has been firsthand witness to Pratt's ascendance. On the Pratt mayoral campaign, he is the man behind the camera, producing all of Pratt's ground breaking ads.
