Second Brain for Claude: Why It Forgets Your Company, and How to Fix It in a Folder
Every question you ask Claude about your own company starts from zero. It does not know who owns a number, which price list is current, or that two spellings are the same supplier.
This session shows the fix: let the model read each source once and compile what it learns into small, linked, cited pages that stay current. A folder of markdown files, readable in Obsidian, versioned in git. No vector database, nothing to operate.
You will see it live on an example company: a new document arrives, a health check finds a contradiction, a duplicate supplier and a fact that went stale six months ago, and we decide which source wins.
