Will AI strengthen public services, expand economic opportunity, and enable African-led innovation, or will it reinforce existing patterns of inequality, dependency, and exclusion? As investment and adoption accelerate across the continent, governments, businesses, and institutions face critical decisions about governance, infrastructure, and inclusive growth.
