This gives us a preview of what tends to break for organizations a few steps ahead of where most of us are. The clearest finding is that once tools are in place, what stalls AI adoption is not technology, it’s trust and how leaders talk about the change. Employees are already using AI, but only a third say leadership communicates about it clearly.
