Uncharted Territory: Navigating the Tradeoffs of AI Adoption
Every quarter brings new AI capabilities that promise to transform operations, unlock efficiency, and reshape customer experiences. But these new capabilities bring new (and often overlooked) tradeoffs.
In this new series, we'll explore three factors that leaders need to balance to successfully integrate AI into their organization: cost, security, and governance.
This introductory conversation will establish a decision framework for managing these tradeoffs and set the stage for deeper dives into each domain.
Leading the conversation is adjunct professor and career tech architect Joanna McNurlen. Joanna actively leads a team of technical architects focused on data, integration, and AI architecture within a premier CRM company, actively writing and instituting the playbook for safe, efficient, governed AI integration at scale. Her background spans consulting, sales operations, and product strategy along with teaching at NYU and performing at Second City in New York.
