About Event

The Chief of Staff Association is pleased to invite members to a private, off-the-record briefing on one of the most consequential regions in the world.

What's happening in China and the Asia-Pacific, why, and what's likely to happen next?

Kate Harrisson, Director for Asia-Pacific at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), will share an expert perspective on the geopolitical forces shaping the region, and what chiefs of staff need to understand about where things are headed.

The briefing will be introduced and facilitated by Peter Jones, Visiting Senior Fellow and Head of Global Strategies at LSE IDEAS. A Q&A will follow, after which guests are invited to join us for drinks.

This is a rare opportunity to hear directly from a senior FCDO official in a private setting.

Spaces are limited, and registration is essential.
