Why this event exists
Everyone agrees on the destination. Nobody knows the route to get there.
Ask a room of bank and fintech executives whether AI agents will be opening accounts, moving money, shopping for products, and making credit decisions on our behalf in five years, and you will get something close to unanimous agreement.
Yes. Obviously yes.
Now ask that same room how such agentic actions should be governed. How liability should be apportioned when agents make mistakes. How foundation models and agentic harnesses should be integrated into systems still running on COBOL. How their employees should be retrained to work with agents. How regulations were written decades ago apply to a technology that sounded like science fiction back then and, if we’re being honest, still sorta still does, even as we're using it today.
You'll hear a lot of silence.
These questions are really difficult, and most institutions are working through them alone. The simple reality is that no technology in the history of financial services has arrived this obviously essential and found us, as an undustery this unprepared.
The Agentic Readiness Summit is a small, invite-only event designed to accelerate this preparation and make this work collective rather than solitary, because the institutions that end up ahead will be the ones making critical decisions before the rulebook is finished. There is no cost to attend – selected participants are fully hosted and responsible only for their travel.
What it is (and what it is not)
The Agentic Readiness Summit – part of the Fintech Frontier Summit Series – is a working event designed to accelerate industry readiness for agentic finance.
This is not a conference. It is a deliberate convening of bankers, founders, and policy voices who recognize the importance of this moment in helping to shape the rules, systems, and networks that will define the future of our industry.
The objective is simple: cultivate a no-bullshit, high-quality, high-character network of people who want to stop talking about agentic AI and start figuring out what we should do about it.
When and where it's happening
Sunday, November 1 – Wednesday, November 4 at Alpine Falls Ranch in Montana: a two-Michelin-Key ranch backing onto two million acres of protected land in the Lolo National Forest.
The setting is deliberate: intentionally set away from hotel ballrooms, convention centers, and expo halls. Fewer distractions, clearer thinking, and enough unstructured time outdoors to build the kind of connections that panels and conferences struggle to produce.
How to join us
This is a highly curated event with extremely limited capacity. Applications will be reviewed in batches on a rolling basis, and selected attendees will be notified directly. Lodging, meals, and programming are all included – guests are responsible only for their own travel to and from Montana.
