What is The Flame?
The Flame brings 100+ community members together for an evening of leadership storytelling. Nine speakers take the stage to share powerful 5-minute stories around a central theme — all set within a carefully curated experience that includes facilitated networking opportunities and an open social hour.

Event Policies
All profit from ticket sales creates scholarships for incoming Goodmon Fellows.
THRiVE, our full-day leadership conference, returns April 30, 2027. If you would like to go ahead and lock in tickets for both events, bundle pricing is available. THRiVE 2027 will be hosted at the Umstead, and will bring together 250 of the regions most dynamic and community-oriented leaders.
Refunds: No refunds will be available after September 30th.
Photography and Videography: By purchasing a ticket, I consent and authorize Leadership Triangle to use my likeness in any photograph, video or other digital media (“Photos”) taken or to be taken during the course of the event, in any and all of its publications. I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the Photos. Any attendee who does not wish to be photographed or recorded should display an orange sticker, provided at check-in upon request.
Childcare policy: This event is designed for adult attendees. The programming, activities, and environment may not be suitable for children. Leadership Triangle will not provide childcare, supervision, or age-appropriate programming for children during this event. If a child is present at the event, they must be accompanied and directly supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Supervision may not be delegated to event staff, volunteers, or other attendees. Event staff reserve the right to ask that an unaccompanied or unsupervised child be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times, or to request that the child and guardian leave the event area if this policy is not followed.
