Hors Norme- Wake Up Chat Peer-to-Peer Problem-Solving Session

​Wake Up Chat – Peer-to-Peer Problem-Solving Session is an interactive morning workshop organised by Hors Norme as part of The Future of Tech is Female 2026, bringing entrepreneurs and professionals together to tackle real business challenges through collective intelligence.

​Building a business often comes with questions, obstacles and decisions that are difficult to navigate alone. Sometimes, a fresh perspective from someone who has faced a similar situation can make all the difference.

​In small groups of five, participants will have the opportunity to share a challenge they are currently facing, exchange experiences and receive constructive feedback from their peers.

​Facilitated by Aurélie Hankar, Head of Hors Norme, the session is designed to encourage honest conversations, mutual support and practical problem-solving in a welcoming and collaborative environment.

​Unlike traditional networking events, Wake Up Chat focuses on meaningful exchanges rather than pitches or presentations. The goal is simple: leave with fresh ideas, useful connections and at least one concrete next step to move your business forward.
