We’ve been grinding all year — launching, scaling, leading, building, solving. Now it’s time to come up for air.
From December 12–14, we’re heading to a luxury mountain escape to celebrate the wins, recharge the energy, and get inspired for what’s next. It’s not a conference, not a team offsite — it’s a curated, exclusive weekend for professionals who take their work (and their rest) seriously.
2025 winner of Travel & Leisure's World Best Award, we'll be staying at the Grand Cascades Lodge, part of the Crystal Springs Resort, located in the scenic mountains of northwestern NJ and just one hour from Newark Airport.
No laptops. No slide decks. No “networking mixers.” Just community, conversation, and genuine connection

Friday, Dec 12 — Arrival & Welcome Bonfire Dinner
We’ll kick off with good food, a fire, and even better company. Unwind, roast some s'mores, and remember what it feels like to not be on Slack.
Saturday, Dec 13 — Adventure + Connection
A full day of immersive nature activities — full details to be announced soon — followed by a community dinner and a proper year-end party. This is your permission slip to play hard.
Sunday, Dec 14 — Breakfast and Farewell Yoga
Start the morning with breakfast, coffee, and conversations that actually matter. We’ll close with a grounding farewell yoga session to seal in everything you’ve gained. Then head home recharged, with new ideas and connections to carry into 2026.
