​Since 2014, The Salon has been a space where writers, artists, thinkers, and cultural workers gather not simply to share ideas, but to sharpen them—to build community, challenge one another, and imagine more liberated futures together.

​This year's gathering is held in observance of Black August featuring Joel Léon and centering language, literature, and storytelling as living practices of cultural memory, resistance, healing, and joy. The evening will include an intimate conversation, thoughtfully curated food and cocktails, and a kickback to celebrate the beauty of being in community.
