at a time of great injustice and adversity, we make space to sit in قهر to honor the understanding that land violation is body violation. there are no quick fixes at this time. just, quite simply, the necessity of being together and protecting ourselves, so we can continue serving those in need.
zaina and sara will guide somatic regulating practices to alchemize grief and rage into action.
