Clay in Dublin: Outbound (and more) Ft. Instantly
✨ Purpose
Clay Club Dublin is back as we close out Q3, and we're coming in with a bang!
Eoin McGuinness, Head of GTM at Instantly, kicks things off with a talk on outbound. His view is that most teams treat deliverability as a technical afterthought when it's actually one of the biggest levers on revenue they have. He'll spend his half of the evening on what that looks like in practice, how Clay fits into it, and where agents are starting to take over the work. It's a working session from someone who has built go-to-market for thousands of companies, and you'll come away with a very clear idea of what to fix first on Monday morning.
Ruadhán Ó Cúláin, founder of The GTM Architects, then takes the same idea and widens it out. As he defines it, go-to-market engineering is the practice of automating the manual work involved in finding, winning and keeping customers. Outbound is a big part of that, but it's far from all of it. Ruadhán will spend his half of the evening on everything else, and in particular on the systems he's seen make a real difference to the startups he works with, so that you leave with a clearer picture of your whole revenue engine.
We'll finish with moderated roundtables, so everyone can compare notes and hopefully pick up a thing or two from one another.

The talks are pitched so that a newcomer can follow them and a power user still learns something, and the roundtables are where you go as deep as you like. So all levels are welcome, whether you're Clay-curious or building in it every day.

🎙️ About The Hosts
Clay Club Dublin is run by Kareem Mustafa and Ruadhán Ó Cúláin, in collaboration with Clay. Our guest speaker is Eoin McGuinness, the Head of GTM at Instantly.
Before working with one of the biggest sequencers in the space, he spent eight years at HubSpot building GTM strategies for more than 10,000 startups, and earlier still he exited three companies as a founder, the first of them at 22.
His approach comes down to doing more with less, and we're delighted to have him joining us!
