Quinn Dougherty runs Forall R&D, a research consultancy guiding AI safety orgs through the formal methods explosion, with contracts at Lucid Computing and Intelligence Security Laboratories. In 2024 his specification inference paper (FVAPPS) began a workstream of transpiling python PBTs into Lean theorem statements, which culminated in this year's FVSpec in collaboration with Galois. For the movement, Quinn ran the Guaranteed Safe AI newsletter, cofounded the FMxAI conference series, and chaired the technical committee of Apart's Secure Program Synthesis fellowship.
