Burn Bright, Not Out — Live Conversation with James Oliver Jr.
Join us for a live virtual conversation with James Oliver Jr., as we explore founder mental wellness, burnout, and what it takes to sustain yourself while building.
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, this conversation creates space to pause, reflect, and prioritize well-being in the midst of building.
This is not a typical book club event. It’s a live conversation with the author, with space for Q&A and real dialogue.
All attendees will receive a 3-month Calm membership.
Three participants will also be selected for private virtual therapy sessions with BetterHelp
Whether you’ve read the entire book or are just getting started, you’re welcome in the conversation.
About the Book
Burn Bright, Not Out: Shattering The Silence Around Mental Health In Tech Startups challenges the long-standing belief that burnout is the price of building something meaningful.
Through real founder stories and lived experience, the book opens up an honest conversation about the mental and emotional toll of entrepreneurship, often hidden behind growth metrics and success narratives.
It explores what it means to build sustainably, prioritize mental well-being, and redefine success without sacrificing yourself in the process.
