AI for Life Sciences: Agentifying a Real Workflow
AI in Life Sciences Summer Series: How to Agentify a Real Process. Knowing what agentic AI is and knowing where it actually fits inside your work are two different things. This session is about the second one.
Session 2 of our Summer AI in Life Sciences Series takes a real Pharma, Biotech, or Med Tech process and walks through how to make it agentic step by step. Where does AI take the work? Where does a human have to stay in the loop? What parts should never be automated at all? We map a familiar process end to end and show you how to think about agentifying it without hand-waving.
You'll leave able to look at your own workflows and see them differently. Which pieces are candidates, which are traps, and where the real leverage is.
What we'll cover:
How to break a real process into agentifiable parts
Deciding what to automate and what to leave alone
Where the human-in-the-loop belongs, and why
The judgment calls that separate a smart agentic design from a risky one Who this is for: Pharma, Biotech, and Med Tech professionals who want to move past "AI is interesting" to "here's where it fits in what I do." Technical or not.
