What is a Time Rich Leader?
"City" Leader isn't a title. It's a commitment to your local community of women founders, investors, and operators who are building with AI and need a room to do it in.
Here's what we know: Women who step into their authority now, who learn to build their operations on AI instead of around it, become a different kind of leader. Not busier, not burnt out, but TIME RICH and in command of the machine instead of chased by it.
Your job is to be the person who makes the room exist.
In practice, that looks like:
Inviting new members who fit the ethos
Hosting one event per quarter (a walk and a coffee counts -that's how we started in New York)
Creating IRL experiences that give people a reason to show up to each other
