BESA NOIR - Pilates Session

​Join us for BESA NOIR, our Pilates after dark series, a sultry evening of jazz, dark chocolate, and creating shapes we didn’t know our bodies were capable of - reformer edition.

​This session welcomes all levels! Newcomers can jump in with ease, while we add some spicy layers that deliver a serious challenge for the seasoned Pilates goers.

​​​We’ll focus on heart openers, hip openers, pelvic stability, and spinal articulation.

​Led by Giselle Khoury and Laura Shkembi, Equinox & Club Pilates Instructors.
