Dr Tanima Bannerji
Dr Tanima Banerjee is a scientist by education, holding a PhD in Science, Her research areas in Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD), Asthma & Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease ( COPD) from CSIR – Indian Institute of Chemical Biology Kolkata , India , and two patents , and is currently the Director of Bandana Cultural School in Sydney. She has published numerous papers in international journals. She has been a Speaker in the international conferences India, UK, USA and South Korea. Arriving in Sydney with her 15-month-old son to join her husband, Dr Banerjee courageously transitioned from her research background to founding an innovative cultural and educational platform and sailed through the COVID lockdown. Driven by her passion to balance family life and a professional calling, she built the Bandana Cultural School into a vibrant hub that blends science, the arts, and multicultural education—empowering young minds through creativity, inclusivity, and resilience.
Sahera Sumar
Sahera is a global leadership consultant, author, keynote speaker, coach, and specialist DE&I practitioner reflecting her lived experience and global experience working in over 25 countries. She holds a Master’s degree in Organisational and Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, School of Business and Economics. Sahera has led complex organizational change projects across diverse sectors, including engineering, steel, IT, finance, education, health, pharmaceuticals, government, and community sectors.
Sahera has worked on international development, capacity-building projects and advancing women’s empowerment initiatives with organizations such the World Bank, WHO, World Food Program, and Aga Khan Development Network. Sahera is also a Director with UNAA(NSW), leading the Human Rights pillar and a Peace Ambassador with the Institute of Economics and Peace. In 2021, Sahera founded Worldwide SHEroes, a social enterprise that connects aspiring women from underserved communities with accomplished global mentors. This cross-cultural mentorship platform empowers women to unlock their leadership potential, build self-reliance, and drive socio-economic progress.
To date, Worldwide SHEroes has supported over 200 women across 35 countries, delivering more than 2,000 hours of mentorship in fields such as finance, health, education, STEM, agriculture, and climate resilence. The initiative also aligns its impact with three United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reinforcing its global commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.
Renece Brewster
Renece Brewster is a passionate advocate for women's empowerment in business. As Co-Founder of March Collective, she supports women-led scale-ups with bespoke advisory services and community support, driven by a mission to dismantle systemic barriers. Renece is also Co-Founder and Co-MD of Her Tech Circle, a non-profit for women in tech. She is Co-Founder of GoList and COO of Workinitiatives. Through various community roles, including Women in Media and Mentor Walks, Renece mentors and supports women in business, fostering inclusive growth and driving positive change. Previously she was co-founder and CEO of Visual Domain that she led to acquisition to News Corp in 2021 and exited in 2024.

Sarah Neill is the Founder and CEO of Mys Tyler, a fashion-tech startup with over 650,000 users globally on a mission to solve the $1 trillion “fit” problem. Prior to founding Mys Tyler, Sarah spent a decade in New York starting and scaling fast-growth startups, serving as Founder and CEO of both Doodad and A Relatively Unique Inc., and as an executive at tech unicorn Mint Mobile. With over 20 years of experience across Australia, the US, and the UK, she brings deep expertise in brand, product, and growth strategy. Sarah holds an MBA in International Business from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.
