Founders x AI: From Hype to Product

​About this evening:

​"Vibe coding" is seductive: an idea on Monday, a demo on Tuesday, a customer on Wednesday. But the same speed that gets you to a demo is what gets you a security incident, a production bug, or a codebase no human can maintain three months in.

​The fix isn't slower development, it's harness engineering: linters that catch agent-generated nonsense, security checks that block the "helpful" hardcoded API key, and tests that turn "it worked on my laptop" into "it works every time, for everyone."

​Brakes don't slow the car down, they let you drive faster. If you've ever felt that knot in your stomach when the agent says "Done!", this talk is for you.
