​First, get up to speed on the state of Agentic AI — where the ecosystem is today, where it's heading, and why interoperability is the defining architectural challenge of the next wave.

Next, see it in action: a live multi-vendor agent application built by Presidio, showing how agentic procurement between a manufacturer and their suppliers can work in practice. Agents federate through the Agent Directory Service, coordinate across organizational boundaries using A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocol with SLIM securing the communication layer, and access enterprise tools through MCP — with Tool-Based Access Control (TBAC) enforcing least-privilege at the tool invocation level.

Finally, get hands-on with CoffeeAGNTCY, an open-source multi-agent supply chain reference application. You'll publish your own agent to the directory, make it discoverable by skill, and integrate it into the running system, without touching existing code.

You'll leave with a clear architectural pattern and practical, first-hand experience with how open protocols like A2A and MCP, combined with AGNTCY's discovery and identity layers, form the foundation for scalable, production-grade multi-agent systems.
