AI, We Have a Trust Issue! Women Applying AI Live - Atlanta
AI, We Have a Trust Issue!
Seeing is no longer believing. Hearing isn't either.
AI can imitate voices, access sensitive information, and increasingly take actions on our behalf. That raises new questions about trust, security, and accountability when something goes wrong.
It also raises a question we don't ask often enough:
Who gets to decide how much AI risk is acceptable?
At a recent White House summit on the future of AI, only 2 of the 31 people on the guest list were women.
Join Women Applying AI during Cybersecurity Awareness Month for an evening of networking and a candid conversation about what these changes mean for all of us.
This is not a technical panel.
Three women experts will work through real-world scenarios from three different perspectives:
AI governance: What should AI be allowed to access and do?
AI security: How are deepfakes, impersonation, data exposure, and AI-enabled threats changing risk?
AI risk and liability: When something goes wrong, who is accountable, and how well protected is your organization?
We'll close with the bigger question:
Why do women need a stronger voice in the decisions shaping AI and its risks?
What to Expect:
Test your knowledge with a quick AI Security poll, "Can you trust it", when you arrive. The answers will be revealed during the panel
Real-world examples involving deepfakes, sensitive data, AI agents, and business risk
Time for audience questions
A one-page AI Trust & Risk Checklist to take back to your team
Networking before and after the panel with women across AI, technology, business, cybersecurity, and leadership

Who Should Attend
This event is for women across industries and at any level of AI experience.
No cybersecurity background is required. Whether you are already using AI at work, leading AI adoption, advising clients, building a business, or simply trying to understand how AI is changing risk, this conversation is designed for you.
Our goal is to help women use AI with confidence, ask better questions, protect what matters, and have a stronger voice in the decisions shaping its future.
