​Mark teaches executive classes in AI product management and speaks globally on AI adoption, agentic workflows, and building with modern AI tools. He's best known for his ongoing AI Chief of Staff project — a real-world experiment in delegating complex knowledge work to AI agents that has become a proving ground for the ideas he brings to audiences worldwide.
