Animating on the infinite canvas with tldraw flash
Join us live for a look at tldraw flash, how it works, how we built it on the tldraw SDK, and what's coming next.
You'll see:
A walkthrough of what tldraw flash actually is
A real animation, built from scratch on the canvas, live
A first look at a couple of things we haven't shown anyone yet
Your questions
Expect to hear how flash actually works, why we built it the way we did, and what it looks like to perform an animation live instead of keyframing one.
This is a live online session, no prior tldraw experience is needed- just show up. All are welcome, especially if you like sketching things, animating things, or want to see the canvas do more than you'd expect.
What is tldraw flash?
tldraw flash is a new way to animate hand-drawn ideas on the infinite canvas, built on the tldraw SDK. Draw a shape, press record, then drag to perform the motion yourself, live. Trim your clips on the timeline, export, and remix.
