Weekend Build with Codex and CAR (Codex Auto Runner)
Build with Codex & CAR: From Prompting to Agentic Engineering
AI coding is entering a new chapter.
With the launch of GPT-5.5, OpenAI has pushed frontier models further into complex real-world work: coding, research, tool use, analysis, and multi-step execution. OpenAI describes GPT-5.5 as its smartest model yet, built for complex tasks like coding, research, and data analysis across tools.
But the real question is no longer simply: “Can AI write code?”
The better question is: “How do we design a workflow where humans think better, agents build better, and teams ship faster?”
On 9 May, we are bringing builders, engineers, founders, and AI practitioners together in Ho Chi Minh City for a hands-on build session with OpenAI Codex and Codex Auto Runner (CAR).
This is not a sit-and-listen seminar.
This is a build session.
You will see how Codex can move beyond simple code completion into real software engineering work: planning, building features, refactoring, reviewing, and helping developers move from idea to working implementation.
OpenAI positions Codex as an AI coding partner designed to accelerate real engineering work across features, refactors, reviews, and releases.
The session will be led by David Zhang, creator of Codex Auto Runner (CAR), supported by An Nguyen and Son Le, Codex Ambassadors in Ho Chi Minh City.
Because better building starts with better thinking.
After that, we move into a focused four-hour hands-on session where participants will explore how Codex and CAR can support a more agentic engineering workflow: from task planning, to execution, to iteration, to shipping.
This session is for people who believe the future of software is not “humans versus AI,” but humans leading teams of AI agents with clearer intent, better systems, and stronger engineering judgment.
