About Event

If you’ve been feeling drained, stuck, or hovering on the edge of burnout, you’re not alone.

Burnout isn’t a personal failure; it’s often a signal that something in your system needs attention and care. With the right tools and perspective, it’s possible to move beyond survival mode and reconnect with what makes life feel meaningful and alive.

This free community workshop is your invitation to pause, reset, and learn practical ways to restore your energy and sense of intention.

With guidance from a licensed therapist and the support of others who get it, you’ll explore:

  • How chronic stress and burnout affect the brain, body, and nervous system and why modern life makes this such a common experience.

  • Practical, research-backed strategies to manage stress before it becomes overwhelming.

  • Tools to move beyond “just coping” and help you feel more energized, grounded, and intentional.

This workshop will give you a chance to ask questions, learn from a licensed therapist and connect with others. You’ll leave with actionable tools and a clearer sense of how to protect your energy and stay connected to what helps you feel more like yourself again.

This event is 90 minutes long, with cameras on. Participants are encouraged to introduce themselves (first names only), and share as they feel comfortable.
