Set in NYC Book Club- July Meeting

​Are you looking for a new book club in NYC? Then look no further :)

​There are so many fantastic books about the greatest city in the world, so let's read them! Each month we will pick a book set in New York City to discuss. Books will generally stay literary fiction, but can be open to other genres!

​July Pick is- Last Night in Brooklyn by Xochitl Gonzalez. Please read it before (or be okay with spoilers!) as we will be discussing the book in it's entirety over dinner.

​We will be discussing the novel at Fritz Cocktail Bar on their back patio and soaking up summer in Fort Greene.

​They have an amazing covered back patio that I think perfectly channels the energy of Fort Greene (plus I love their food!) They have asked for a food and drink minimum so this month all tickets include: yummy shareables, a drink (n/a options available!) and guided discussion.

​You can also order any extra drinks or food you want- they are my favorite German restaurant in NYC! The menu is here.

​Our vision for this book club is for it to be a more intimate group of readers that is willing to meet monthly to discuss and build relationships. The group size will remain small so everyone can share their thoughts and be a part of the discussion!

​**There will be video and photos taken at this event that may be used for social media. Please let us know before the event starts if you do not want footage of you posted on social media!
