WatchWeWin built and runs Sports Business Intelligence (ISM 4402) at the University of South Florida — a course that puts students inside the same tools reshaping the industry: SQL and data warehousing, executive dashboards, predictive analytics, and conversational AI, taught alongside working professionals from teams, leagues, and tech companies. The semester ends the same way this conversation starts — live, in the room, at Embarc.
This happy hour pulls that same energy into one evening for the wider community. We're bringing together students, founders, operators, and industry leaders for a live discussion on what AI is actually doing to careers, hiring, and the shape of work — not the hype cycle, the real shifts happening inside classrooms and companies right now.
It's also a chance to give back. All proceeds from the evening support OASIS Opportunities, the Tampa-based nonprofit removing barriers to learning for Hillsborough County students — funding school clothing, stability resources for students experiencing homelessness, and attendance support that keeps kids in the classroom.
