WatchWeWin built and runs Sports Business Intelligence (ISM 4402) at the University of South Florida. The course puts students inside the same tools reshaping the industry: SQL and data warehousing, executive dashboards, predictive analytics, and conversational AI. It’s taught alongside working professionals from teams, leagues, and tech companies. The semester ends the same way this conversation starts: live, in the room, at Embarc.
Winsgivin' brings that same energy to the wider community for one evening. Students, founders, operators, and industry leaders come together for a live discussion on what AI is actually doing to careers, hiring, and the shape of work. Not the hype cycle, but the real shifts happening inside classrooms and companies right now.
It’s also a night to give back. All proceeds support OASIS Opportunities, the Tampa-based nonprofit removing barriers to learning for Hillsborough County students. OASIS funds school clothing, stability resources for students experiencing homelessness, and attendance support that keeps kids in the classroom.
