The Monster Band: Music to Feed the People

​Join us for Monster Band: Music to Feed the People—a free outdoor concert and community celebration at Common and Clark Street in Belmont.

​This year’s all-star Monster Band features musicians whose performance credits include Peter Wolf of the J. Geils Band, Peter Parcek, the Brubeck family, Alanis Morissette, India.Arie, Steve Jordan, Lalah Hathaway, Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, and The Wiz—along with performances at Boston Calling and Carnegie Hall.

​Enjoy three hours of live blues, rock, soul, Americana, and roots music, along with:

🍦 Rancatore’s Ice Cream
🥕 Farmer Tim’s vegetable stand
🎨 Face painting and family fun

​The event supports the Belmont Food Pantry, Belmont Helps, and the Community Fridge at First Church in Belmont. Guests are encouraged to bring a bag of nonperishable groceries or make a donation at the event.

​Bring a lawn chair or blanket, invite your friends and neighbors, and join us for an unforgettable afternoon of terrific music and community spirit.
