Adding an extra session this AI Foundations Part 2, to do a one-off workshop on Claude Skills and Cowork with Helen, founder of Women Defining AI.

One hour additional workshop for all AI Foundations learners to cover Claude Cowork (and skills) specifically as a way to build your digital AI assistant, now that we've done the bulk of building in the course with customGPTs and Claude Projects.

This is optional for anyone curious about this new format for AI assistants.
