These aren’t polished pitches or surface-level panels, they’re honest, behind-the-scenes conversations that reveal what it actually takes to launch, scale, and grow a company.

Colin Gagich is the Co-Founder of Inference Labs, a startup building verifiable and decentralized AI infrastructure at the intersection of AI and Web3. Backed by Delphi Ventures, the team pioneers proof-of-inference and zero-knowledge technologies to make AI more transparent and trustworthy. Colin has a technical background from McMaster University and experience across social data, public utilities, and aviation. He also co-created hitchBOT, the social robot that hitchhiked across Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands. Passionate about open-source and trustless systems, Colin focuses on scaling provable AI and bridging decentralization with emerging tech to empower developers and users alike.
Raz Zohar is the Founder & CEO at Mave, a Toronto-based proptech startup delivering an AI assistant for real estate professionals. He launched Mave after experiencing firsthand the inefficiencies agents face — discovering they spend over 35 hours per transaction on administrative tasks — and aimed to redefine workflows with intuitive AI via text messaging. Under his leadership, Mave raised $2 million in pre-seed funding in October 2024, drawing support from Relay Ventures, N49P, Alate Partners, Clarim Ventures, Gambit Partners, and angel investors
Emma Stern, Co-Founder & COO at Felix Health, is a dynamic leader transforming virtual healthcare access in Canada. Since co-founding Felix in 2019, Emma has helped build the country’s first truly integrated digital healthcare platform—spanning diagnosis to prescription—with a strong focus on women’s health and everyday care solutions. Under her leadership, Felix now serves over 1 million Canadians across more than 16 treatment categories, with many accessing care for the first time. Emma’s approach emphasizes inclusivity, patient comfort, and stigma-free access—ensuring care is built from lived experience and delivered responsibly at scale. Madge Rumman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Blair Health, a Canadian femtech company dedicated to transforming midlife women’s healthcare by combining expert-led care with smart, user-friendly technology. Drawing on her background in product and operations at fintech platforms—including Interac, PayBright, and Cadre—Madge pivoted into healthcare to close persistent care gaps underscored during her own journey into motherhood. Under her leadership, Blair’s AI-powered platform offers immediate menopause assessment and personalized treatment plans, empowering women with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Madge’s mission is clear: champion better midlife care for all women through innovation, empathy, and evidence.
