She Ships With Linda Thompson

Linda Thompson doesn't just ship code — she ships code that makes the whole team better. Roxy sits down with the software engineer at This Dot Labs whose work is defined by one consistent thread: intentionality.

From improving data reliability by 8% and growing test coverage by 57%, to saving a client two full days of testing time by diagnosing a mission-critical issue, Linda brings a strategic and deeply human approach to every project she touches.

She also builds tools with real purpose — including an app that turns the overwhelming process of job searching into something visible, motivating, and actually manageable. The kind of engineer who makes you feel like good software is a form of care.
