Laid Off Lounge With Noel Covarrubias

Roxy sits down with Noel — a self-taught Platform Engineer who dropped out of college, taught himself computer science, and worked his way up to JPMorgan Chase.

Along the way he's cut deployment times in half, saved teams thousands of dollars in cloud costs, and built systems that move data 6x faster than before.

If you've ever felt like you needed a degree or a "traditional" path to make it in tech, Noel's story is the reminder you didn't know you needed.
