As the sun begins to set over the city, guests will move through the fields tasting hyper-seasonal produce harvested directly from the farm, alongside thoughtfully paired beverages from our Farm-to-Glass program. Tastings change throughout the season and may include rooftop-grown tomatoes, herbs, edible flowers, greens, and other peak-season crops at their freshest moment.
Along the way, guests will experience how food is grown above New York City while exploring the farm during its most beautiful hour — warm light across the crops, skyline views in every direction, and the city beginning to glow around us.
