So we suppress it… until it leaks out at the people we love most.
Anger isn’t the problem.
Unexpressed anger is.
Underneath anger there is often grief — loss, disappointment, unmet needs, things we never got to say.
And when grief has no place to go, it hardens.
This gathering is a chance to do something different.
We’re meeting in private woodland to explore the inner wild man — the part of you that feels, protects, rages, and cares deeply.
This is a contained, respectful, and grounded space where you are invited (never forced) to:

Reconnect with what’s underneath it
Share honestly with other men
Journal, reflect, and integrate
No fixing.
No judgement.
No pressure to “perform”.
We’ll finish by coming back together around a fire and sharing wood-fired pizza, grounding back into brotherhood and connection.
