About Event

What if caregiving didn’t mean losing yourself, but remembering yourself more deeply? What if tending to your own identity and rhythms was the very foundation of sustainable care?

Join us at our Heal & Lead Circle for The Centered Caregiver to explore how reclaiming the self prevents burnout and restores balance. Together, we’ll reflect on the invisible weight caregivers carry, the identities we hold beyond our roles, and the practices that allow us to nourish both ourselves and those we love. We’ll reimagine caregiving as a rhythm of reciprocity – where presence, rest, and joy sustain the ability to care with compassion.

This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support our non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.

About This Event

Empowering women from different walks of life, Heal & Lead Circles are themed monthly guided experiences led by SeekHer Foundation. Through these circles, women heal, thrive, and develop leadership skills by building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore tools and practices that support women as they navigate specific roles, lived experiences and aspirations.

The Centered Caregiver: A compassionate and dedicated individual who prioritizes the well-being of herself and others, while navigating the challenges of caregiving - whether it be their children, family members, or other loved ones. They strive for balance and harmony in life through self-care, ensuring their own well-being and maintaining their ability to support others effectively.

All women, femme‑identifying folks, and allies are welcome here.
