About Event
🍕 Who doesn't love pizza? We all do!
Bitcoin Boma, in partnership with Trezor Academy and Women of Satoshi Cooperative, is hosting a Bitcoin Pizza Day celebration in Zomba!
Why Bitcoin Pizza Day? It marks the very first real world transaction using Bitcoin back in 2010. Programmer Laszlo Hanyecz paid 10,000 BTC for two Papa John’s pizzas. At the time, that was worth about $41 approximately 71,000 mwk. Today, those same 10,000 BTC would be worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
A powerful reminder of how far Bitcoin has come!
