Short personal introductions. Who you are, what you’re building, and what’s currently on your mind.

​9:00 – 9:45 | Weekly theme + mini exercise
A guided conversation and simple reflective exercise in small groups.

​9:45 – 10:00 | Weekly intention
Each person sets one clear intention or action for the coming week.

Elevator Pitch (Clarity Without Selling)

​Mini exercise:
Write a 3-sentence pitch: who you help, what you help them with, and what changes because of your work. Share in small groups. Receive feedback using only three prompts: what was clear, what stood out, and what could be simpler. Refine one sentence based on the feedback.
