Following its productions of Carmen, La Traviata, and Aida, the California Lyric Artists Association (CLAA) presents Puccini’s timeless masterpiece, Tosca, as its major opera production of Fall 2026.
A gripping story of love, power, betrayal, and sacrifice, Tosca brings together dramatic storytelling and some of Puccini’s most unforgettable music.

Professional Bay Area singers perform with unamplified voices, accompanied by a live orchestra, under the baton of an Italian conductor and the direction of a veteran San Francisco Opera stage director.

English and Chinese supertitles will be provided throughout the performance. Each show will also begin with a 10-minute introduction to the story, characters, and musical highlights, making the production easy to follow—even if this is your first opera.
