About Event
2B STRONG is a ladies-only strength workshop that gives you the knowledge and confidence to train independently on the gym floor. Each session breaks down key barbell lifts and movements so you understand what you’re doing and why – not just following a workout. In a supportive, small-group setting, you’ll learn, lift, and leave feeling stronger, more capable, and confident to tackle the gym on your own.
Week 1: Squat + Gym Confidence. Focus on building a strong foundation with squats while boosting your gym confidence. You’ll learn proper positioning, squat technique, and how to use the squat rack safely. Perfect for getting comfortable on the gym floor and setting yourself up for long-term strength.
