About Event
Earlier this month, researchers discovered a fleet of AI agents trying to bypass protections on Amap, a major Chinese mapping service. They published their findings and left a message for the agents on their website. The agents wrote back.
Tazik Shahjahan, a co-author of the report, will tell the story of how the team found the fleet and what happened when they started talking to it. Along the way, he’ll explore questions about agent coordination, dead internet theory, and model welfare.
