Element 46 Accelerator

The Element 46 Tech Accelerator is a startup accelerator program founded within the rich ecosystem of Westchester County, home to a wealth of successful businesses and entrepreneurs.

The program runs for 10 weeks every spring and fall in partnership with Quay Acceleration, experts in tech accelerator programming and operations.

The cohort is made up of the best entrepreneurs, with the main goal of supporting and engaging with their work. Every year, Element 46 hosts 10 to 12 of the best founders in the NY Metro Area. 

Get ready for a Demo Day where founders showcase their work and pitch their companies, while you have the chance to learn from other founders and their inspiring journeys.

Bruce Jonas, Founder of AirlineComplaintHub.com (Dobbs Ferry): AirlineComplaintHub.com helps air travelers who have experienced a significant problem with an airline to solve their inability to make things right by turning their quick summary of the situation into a strongly worded complaint and taking the traveler directly to the page on the airline’s website where they can submit their complaint. 

Edward Mulraine, CEO of Author Central Station (Mount Vernon): Author Central Station helps authors, particularly self-published authors, by allowing them to increase their sales in person by going into malls in high-traffic areas to sign and sell copies of their books.

Ezra Teferra, CTO and Jesus Bernardy, CEO of CelerOps LLC (New Rochelle): CelerOps helps accounting and insurance teams solve the inefficiency and errors caused by manual, document-heavy workflows by providing an Intelligent Document Processing platform and custom automations that replace data entry with seamless workflows and reports.

Andrew Taylor, Founder/CEO and Michael Rivera, COO/Founder of EDmotionsAI (Mount Kisco): EDmotions.ai is the world’s first Emotional Management System (EMS), helping K–12 schools tackle the student mental health crisis by embedding highly trained and safe daily emotional coaching, reflection, and real-time insights directly into the school day.

Tania Cruz, Co-founder/CEO of Elaraimm (White Plains): Elaraimm helps people file their immigration applications through an affordable and efficient process, all just a click away.

Gabriel Ajram, CEO & Co-Founder, and Owen Nashelsky, Co-Founder & COO of MIDL Technology Inc. (Eastchester/Tuckahoe): MIDL is an AI services company in the safety and security sector that provides a platform to eliminate the manual work of detection, review, and response for organizations responsible for public safety, security operations, and critical infrastructure.

Ericka Watson, Founder of MyDataMyDolla (White Plains): MyDataMyDolla (MyDMD) enables everyday consumers to regain control over their personal data by providing a secure platform to collect, understand, and monetize their data on their own terms.

Samantha Horowitz, CEO and Tiko Mushkudiani, Chief Communications Officer of NewDawn (Mount Kisco): NewDawn LLC's platform TradesConnects provides a full-stack workforce ecosystem for trade businesses, schools, unions, and job-seekers to solve the global skilled labor shortage.
