The Career Launcher is Treford's fast-track entry point for recent graduates and early-career professionals breaking into tech, specifically marketing for this program.
It's a mentorship and masterclass-structured program, where you learn from professionals doing the work in their day-to-day and apply the insights to better position yourself for landing your first job in tech.
The mentor setup is led by Gospel alongside a weekly co-host, bringing you varying insights into the life of a marketing professional and what actually drives success for them.
Over four weeks, you'll get expert insight through live project teardowns, group masterclasses, and real-time feedback you can apply immediately. By the end, you'll have built a real launch campaign, constructed a hiring-ready portfolio, and earned a certificate of participation you can share on LinkedIn with prospective employers.
This program is free, but admission is screened. We're keeping the cohort small, so the class stays engaging and every participant gets real airtime, not just a seat.

Career Launcher is designed as a hands-on, live learning experience, and we're looking for participants who are ready to show up, contribute, and do the work.
To remain in the cohort and qualify for your certificate of participation, you'll be expected to maintain at least 80% attendance and actively participate throughout the program.
We reserve the right to remove participants who consistently fail to meet these expectations, so please apply only if you're able to commit to the full experience.
