Strength Training for Endurance Athletes - What Actually Works
A free workshop for runners, cyclists, and triathletes. Join us at EVOLVE Health Hub, Warsaw's clinic-led longevity gym.
You train hard.
You log the miles, the laps, the intervals.
But if strength training is not part of your program, you are leaving performance on the table, and putting your joints at risk.
This workshop is for anyone who moves, runners, cyclists, triathletes, swimmers, and active people who want to stay injury-free and perform better for longer.
In 60 minutes, we will cover the science and get practical together.
You will learn:
Why strength training makes you faster and more resilient, not heavier or slower
The three most common mistakes endurance athletes make when they do lift
What a smart weekly strength structure looks like alongside your training load
How to protect your joints and reduce injury risk as your volume builds
Then we move. You will practice key exercises directly, so you leave knowing exactly what to do and how to do it safely.
