誠邀你於 10 月 8 日（星期四）晚上，來到牛頭角 Space Cafe and Kitchen，一家十年前已開始推廣環保餐具的小店，以 World Café 形式輕鬆對話，分享你對香港永續生活的觀察、困難與想像。

​不論你是永續生活實踐者，還是關心環境、社區與香港生活方式的朋友，都歡迎一起參與，探索更貼近香港日常的永續選擇。

In fast-paced Hong Kong, how can sustainable living become part of everyday life?

​Join us on Thursday evening, October 8, at Space Cafe and Kitchen in Ngau Tau Kok—a local café that has promoted eco-friendly tableware for a decade. Through a relaxed World Café conversation, we’ll share observations, challenges, and ideas about sustainable living in Hong Kong.

​Whether you already practice sustainable living or simply care about the environment, community, and Hong Kong’s way of life, you’re welcome to join us.

​店主多年來積極推廣永續概念，除了響應餐具租借服務，亦推出環保到會，幫助大家更易實踐永續。

The owner has actively promoted sustainability over the years. In addition to supporting tableware rental services, the café also offers eco-friendly catering, making it easier for everyone to put sustainable living into practice.

​店內裝潢可見不少用環保物料製作而成的佈置，讓顧客感受到店主的理念，身體力行。

​The café’s interior also features many decorations made from eco-friendly materials, allowing customers to experience the owner’s values and commitment to sustainability firsthand.

​☕ 甚麼是「世界咖啡館」？

• ​世界咖啡館是一種輕鬆、聚焦的討論方式，透過主持人(host)因應主題而設計的三條問題，令參加者對題目有更深入的探討。

• ​第一部分：參加者會分成3-4人小組進行討論，每回合15分鐘，每回結束後都會交換組員，互相分享聽到的故事和觀點。

• ​第二部分：所有人會圍坐，主持人會引導大家分享啟發。由於參加者在整個過程中都有機會參與分享和聆聽，所以我們可以得出集體智慧。

• ​7 pm 稍息及用餐 (輕食)

• ​7:30 pm-9:00 pm 世界咖啡館 第一部分：小組討論

• ​9:00 pm-9:30 pm 世界咖啡館 第二部分：集體智慧

​💰 收費

• ​Standard: 每人$180。

• ​Supporter: 如果您希望支持未來的 World Café (我們將致力每月舉辦至少一次)，您可以選擇靈活定價，$185 - $200。

​🏃🏻‍♀️​🏃🏻‍♀️ 如果我晚上 7 點前無法到達怎麼辦？

• ​不用擔心！我們知道工作和交通時間有時並不穩定。活動頭半小時(7pm-7:30pm) 是用餐及稍息的時間，你只需提早與我們溝通，並於晚上7:30前抵達參加「世界咖啡館」部分就可。

​✨ 如果名額已滿，仍可以參加嗎？

• ​你仍可報名但會被列入等候名單。如果在活動前有人告知無法出席，我會與您聯繫，以便您決定是否加入。如果沒有空位，會在日內全額退款。

​☕ What is World Cafe?

• ​World Cafe is a discussion format driven by intentionally crafted questions, designed for 12 or more people to Think Together. 🌎☕️

• ​In the process, participants are divided into small groups to discuss a question, and then join a new group to discuss the next one.

• ​There will be three rounds, each 15 to 20 minutes.

• ​After that, everyone comes together to share what they learned. We'll be able to take home the main ideas, themes, and insights that emerged from the discussions.

​📝 What can you expect?

• ​7 pm doors open. Light food are available to share

• ​7:30 pm-9:00 pm World Cafe: Part 1 Small group discussion

• ​9:00 pm-9:30 pm World Cafe: Part 2 Harvest

​💰What is the cost?

• ​Standard: HKD 180 per person.

• ​Supporter: If you wish to support future World Cafes, which we will endeavor to host monthly for the community, there is a flexible pricing option HKD 185 - 200.

​🏃🏻‍♀️What if I can't arrive by 7 pm?

• ​No worries. We understand that work schedules can be fluid sometimes. The first 30 minutes are for us to freshen up and get ready. Kindly arrive before 7:30 p.m. to join the sharing session. ​✨ What happens if the event has reached its full capacity?

• ​You will be placed on the waiting list. If a spot opens up, I’ll reach out to you so you can decide whether you want to join. If no spots become available, a full refund will be issued
